CAY HILL -- All Learning Unlimited hallways will be converted to moving sidewalks in time for the beginning of the 2015-6 school year. The sidewalks will not be in motion during high school locker times, but will begin to move automatically 5 minutes after the set locker times, forcing students to get what they need before they go where they need to be.
“We firmly believe that this is the way to go, quite literally,” said Principal Greg Kahn. “This year we implemented tardy slips and these sidewalks will reduce the amount of tardies we see in a week, as students are moved from place to place. Hopefully, they will be delivered to class on time.”
Students are particularly excited about this latest LU upgrade. “This new feature will cut journey times significantly,” said one Pre-schooler. “I’m understandably enthusiastic.”
